With over six years of local architectural design experience, we have the ability to enhance an existing building or start from the beginning. 
We specialise in providing high quality sustainable designs and documentation services for your residential or commercial project. 

Our services include: Full design services; Council applications including BASIX assessments, Statements of Environmental Effects, construction drawings; builder and consultant coordination; contract administration.

Samuel Massey
BA(Hons) MArch

With over six years professional experience in architectural design in Sydney and region NSW,  Sam has exceptional skills and experience from conceptualisation to completion phase, with a particular emphasis in sustainable building design and living.

Before venturing out to purse YesSamMassey Designs, Sam has worked for award-winning architectural firms in Sydney where he gained experience in high end & small residential and medium to large commercial projects with hands on site building experience. 

Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours at the University of Liverpool, UK and a Masters of Architecture from the University of New South Wales, where he now teaches the future architects Environmental Science.
