Internal & External Refurbishment.

The design brief was for a new home for an expanding family.
The Concept was to extend and renovate their existing small beach home by adding a lower ground floor and extending and altering the ground floor layout whilst employing sustainable design and material to make their home work for them. 

The house uses passive design principle, such as hydronic heating,
appropriate awnings and eaves, thermal mass walls and
floor and rain water harvesting.
